So, I LOVE pita bread!! I love it!! So when I came to the center and found out that the pita here is better than ever before, it was a wonderful thing. They serve pita at every meal here, and most people are finally figuring out that it is delicious. What I do, is whatever the meal is, I will put almost all of the salad items into my pita. So, yesterday, we had cous cous, and today we had egg salad, and if you just combine it with salad, tomatoes, and cucumbers, it't the best meal ever!! The other food that I love here in the center is the fish that they make. Every night so far, they have had choices of three different kinds of meat, and fish every night. The fish they make is incredible! I wish I knew what they did to make it myself. So delicious! I can't wait to try the food on the streets of the Old City now! What a semester I have ahead of me!!
