We got back to Cairo, and we got to go to the Cairo Museum, and it was really great! We got to see mummies, and all the artifacts that they have found in all the tombs. It was so fun to see everything we had been learning about in our classes!! After we went there, we went to Hard Rock Cafe.
It was my first time, and it was so fun! We ate hamburgers, which was a nice change from what we had been eating. And there was lots of music, and we all danced. It was so much fun!!
After, we went to the Citadel of Salam Al-Din. It has a huge silver dome, and the inside is incredible! So full of colors, and so full of beauty. I loved it there!! (Me, Elise, Ashley)
It’s crazy being attacked by all the people trying to sell us stuff. But that’s one of the fun parts of Cairo, being attacked while walking around, telling us to buy stuff. From there we drove to Mount Sinai and slept there for the night.
